I sent 2 requests for a prior authorization to be sent to my insurance company for medication. It has been almost 1 month since I sent the 1st request, and nothing has yet to be sent. I'm not sure what the problem is, but as a new patient of this practice it is not a good look. If they can't, couldn't or didn't want any new patients, then they should let the scheduling department know.
