I found out I have cancer last year in June things where great BUT it was the team of Farhat. When they closed down garden City location Dr F lost her staff and now it's her. I am not going to slam her but I will not recommend her either. I believe she does not have enough good help things get missed and then well I don't think I need to say anything more. I did not want to give a star. She don't deserve one. My Dad is a patient of Dr Farhat and getting a refill or just getting any infomation about his care is like pulling teeth. I don't mind calling multiple times or going to her office to get what I need for my Dad. I guess she is not use to someone advocating for their love ones. SHE NEEDS TO DO BETTER AS A DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The worst customer service you’ll ever experience. I don’t know how the front desk still has a job crazy.
