My mother had this doctor assigned by the insurance plan. At first she was fine with Dr. Jose Rivera which is the brother of Dr. Miriam Rivera. He moved out to Puerto Rico and my mother had no other option then to see Dr. Miriam. The fist time at The Poinciana office the waiting time was 2 hours.
