Vanessa, the dental hygienist, and her team gave me exceptionally good care—thorough, professional, caring, informative, aware of my history from the chart on this first visit with her, and respectful of my emotional state which meant no chatting but just the gentle, quiet necessary interactions. Dr Tong was as usual excellent in every way.
Hate dental work, hate any pain at all but dental health and personalities of all staff, led by doctors M&T, makes it far less hideous!
Smooth operation and skilled professionals
I had a horrible encounter with my insurance company the day of my excellent dental appointment! I got to their office completely stressed out and left calm and very happy with the results of my cleaning. Also, I have strong gag reflex. They had to do a full set of X-rays and I was dreading that. They have a new rinse that numbs your mouth for the X-ray process. It worked really well. The staff here is very friendly and professional. They make sure that you are comfortable and confident throughout your appointment.
