I called to schedule an appointment and had an unprofessional experience with the front desk representative, Karla. English is not my first language, and she repeatedly commented on my pronunciation in a way that felt mocking rather than helpful. She also made an inappropriate remark about me not having my insurance card information available, without knowing the reason which made me feel judged instead of assisted.
