Dr Edwards wonderful, office help not so much, agree with above review 100%. Needs to get rid of the sister and I think things would run much better for everyone!
If you are looking for a doctor who takes her time with each patient and she is kind, knowledgeable, informative, honest and every good thing you can find in a doctor. She is compassionate and knows her stuff. Best doctor ever. She has been my doctor over 10 years.
My mother has been a patient of Dr. Edwards' for several years and we have been displeased with her from the start. The front office is run by Dr. Edwards' sister who is temperamental and rude. Dr. Edwards' often tells my mother that she needs to see a specialist for a particular issue and that her sister will make the appointment and call my mom with the details only for the rude sister to never make the appointment. She schedules so many unnecessary appointments. Poor patient care & service.
