Disgusting behavior! These receptionist at the front desk and the assistant Do Not follow the HIPPA LAW. Unprofessional! I am shocked what I witnessed in the waiting room. They were discussing loudly about a patient they didn’t want to see. They were sure to speak loud enough for everyone to hear. The doctor witnessed everything and walked away to her office and shut the door, unbelievable. Such disgusting disrespect

UPDATE: Unfortunately I have to downgrade my review to 3 stars, mostly because of poor telephone communications and unacceptable appointment scheduling. Everything was great in the beginning but now it takes 3 weeks or more just to get in to see the Doctor. And almost every time I call it goes to an automated system and asks me to leave a message. SO far every time I have left a message no one ever calls me back. In fact they called me and left me a message to call them, which I did. I called and left two message and never r... read more
Omg! I have worked in the Medical Field and the customer service of the front desk is so bad and rude. Iam looking for a new doctor just because the rudeness and un-ethicality of the front desk. I would think that with enough complaints from patients that the Doctor’s would clean house and get a new front desk staff. And they sit and talk to one another while they should be checking in pt.’s.
I'm speaking about when I seen her in Kentucky, she was a great doctor, cared about me. I have recently moved here and she is the doctor I want . She new what was wrong with me before I would see the specialist.
