I have been a patient of Dr. Zivic and Dr. Bobinchek for some time now. I recently called the office with a medication prescription refill. The office assistant Regina who answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful to someone who been coming here for years. I haven’t had a complaint nor any problems until today.
