Dr. Mini simply does not listen to patients. You'll tell her exactly what you need and she won't believe you. Despite extensive years of documented medical history. Will see you as a number on a sheet, not as a human being. She asks the same questions multiple times then kicks you out the door. I highly recommend seeing a different doctor, as Mini has shown significant unprofessionalism.
Ever since Carolee Anderson left this place is a joke! I sit for hours in the waiting room, I always have to call them for labe reports , Dr. Mini doesn't follow up on any refusals , she thinks it's your job ,so once again I thought she was working for us, I called in the day of my appointment to cancel, no transportation, now I gotba threatening letting saying one more time and there giving me the boot!! People complaining all the time about the miss management of appointment!! I'm DONE !! DONT COME HERE, ITS A TOTAL WASTE ... read more
