This week my son and I went for a follow up ( me) and annual physical (son). Dr. Karim is great. He went over all medicines and various aspects of our health. Dr. Karim and his staff are simply superb. I am very happy with the treatment pathways devised by Dr. Karim. I recommend his clinic to anyone who is interested in a holistic approach to health.
I was excited to find the doctor for my dad and made the appointment with them and two weeks later on my appointment day, 30 min before the time they said we don’t accept this insurance after Putting me on hold for 25 min. During this 2 weeks time, they called two times to get the ID number and all the information. My father waited for this appointment for two weeks and on his appointment day I was telling him that they don’t accept this insurance effective 01/01. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Worst doctor experience ever. I went to see this provider for the first time for a medical issue. I arrived on time for my appointment. I was taken back about 10 minutes after my appt time for vital. The nurse was nice but after taking my vitals, I was left in a room for almost an hour with no updates or communication. The nurse came back and asks if she can switch rooms with me. I inquire about how much longer it will take for the doctor to see me because it’s an hour past my appt time. She says the doctor is still dealing ... read more
