Before I made an appointment I perused his reviews. I saw several reviews complaining about the lack of being seen for an hour or more. I just thought they exaggerated the time. However, my appointment was for 11:30 and I arrived at 11:10 so I could give my dr. License and health insurance information. At 12:30 I had not been called in to a room. With that I told the staff to tell Dr Tran that my time was gust as important as his and that the office manager should do a better job of scheduling. I walked out.
Dr. Tran and his staff are very unorganized, office is very dirty. They have lost all my medical documents. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. I saw Dr. three times and I came out of his office not knowing what is wrong with me. He never once check the clarity of my longs to see if I have them or not. Him, his staff and unorganized office is a waste of time.
If I can give negative star I would give. A specialist and don’t know what’s he’s doing. Highly recommended not book with them.
Appointment at 10:15, we came at 9:50, checked in and waited for 1 hr 10 mins (11:00) to be seen for less than 10 mins. Staffs are rude, nurses are horrible. After get us into the room, she rushed to check blood pressure and left. We were ended up waiting for at least 30 mins more
My appointment was at 9:15 am. I show up. 8:45 am. Did not get a room until 9:53 am. Never saw the doctor, left at 10:18 am. That is an hour past my appointment time and i NEVER saw Dr. Tran. Nurse gave me some rehearsed spiel about how i need to talk to HIM about it and dismissing me about it rather rudely. Last time i came here? it took them THREE (3) Hours to get me in for my appointment, with roughly an hour of waiting in the room.
