The clinic and the doctor are both great. My main concerns are communication and payment options. As a patient, it is very difficult to reach the clinic by phone. Most of the time, you have to leave a message, and receiving a callback is inconsistent. This can be very frustrating when you need to speak with someone about an important matter. I am happy with my new doctor. He is very thorough and the staff is very efficient. Nice building and convenient parking too.

I keep calling this office for the first time app-t the whole June month. Called on 6/9,11,15,19,24. Each time i was told by Serina( or Derina) that they have a lot of authorization to check, and that Debbie will call back. It never happened . Finally, i was able to get the appt, but when i complained that it would’ve been easier to contact the White House than them, i was told that it is inappropriate to talk to them like that.
