I really like Dr Mach, and I value his professional advice. However, I wish he had a better front desk team. They never answer the phone and they don’t return calls either.
I have type 2 diabetes. I've been seeing Dr. Mach for about 15 years. No doc I've ever met has taken so much care to find the right combo of therapies to keep my system under proper control. If he ever retires, I'm screwed.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professional communication from Dr. Minh Mach. Instead of offering a thorough discussion of treatment options, he presented only one choice and refused to see us if we didn’t agree to it. Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Completely Unjustifiable Behavior. I am beyond shocked and appalled by the treatment my father has received from this office. After years of being a patient here, my father received a letter stating that the practice would no longer accept him as a patient. Yesterday, I saw Dr. Mach as a new patient. While waiting, I was greeted friendly from his front office staff. While waiting, I noticed that his patients were happy to see his staff and him. His nurse was kind and professional. Dr. Mach was patient, kind and very informative. He listened to all of my concerns and help me create a good treatment plan.
