Dr. Mack is GREAT! This review is for the FRONT OFFICE LADY. . I wish Dr. Mach had hired someone with customer service skills and empathy. Three out of four exeperiancrs with this lady have been terrible; no compassion , reprimanding, talks down like to patient like she’s a rocket scientist and the patient has no ability to understand her sophisticated job! Unfortunately finding a good endocrinologist isn’t easy , so sad that this lady is impacting the reviews for a KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CARING DOCTOR.

I have had better experience with Dr. Mach as a physician than some of the others I read about, but my experience with Debbie at that office is precisely matching with what others have also felt. She doesn't value people, she has very low follow through on requests, hardly shows sympathy and respect, barely shows interest in what she does. I have written to Dr. Mach about it two years ago when they were in the old office, but hardly see any change. Totally unacceptable.

Dr. Mach is great. He helped me get better when my thyroid stopped working BUT his office staff, specifically the woman who books appointments is rude, condescending and isn't willing to work with you. Like most doctors now he is booked months and months in advance. You must book your appointment a year in advance and If you go to reschedule, they are not accommodating. The worst part is that he doesn't take my insurance anymore but I was paying the cash to still try to go to him. The office staff was so TERRIBLE and DISRESP... read more

I have been seeing Dr Mach for about three years and have always received excellent and professional service from both Dr. Mach and his staff. I had my semi annual appointment today and was seen on time and treated with respect as usual. Dr. Mach went over all my test results and I had plenty of time to ask any questions and/or concerns that I might have. I have nothing but positive opinions about his practice. Would highly recommend.
