Dr. Fang is excellent, he is direct in his conversation pertaining to the needs of the patient. He takes his time to answer questions and discusses treatment options. He will expect you to be accountable for your own health journey once you receive the information to help with your diagnoses. He encourages one to reach out if insurance needs for further help. Only two full business days prior, they cancelled my mother’s Colonoscopy due to the facility having had one of the staff test positive for Covid-19. I called to reschedule and spoke to a woman that told us that, that appointment was the last Monday appointment and that moving forward, the doctor would only be available for the procedure on Thursday’s and Thursday’s ONLY, the one day neither of her children are available to take her. No other options were given... not another facility, not another doctor, nothing was offered... read more
