Was attentive, listened to me about concerns, hoping had some answers after tests $ follow up.
Dr. Chen takes his time with you and explains everything so you are able to understand what it going on.
I left more confused than I was before. Dr. Chen had prescribed medication but insurance denied everything. Would only allow nsaids, however, those will not help with the recurrent uveitus, asked if there was something he could prescribe that insurance would approve, he asked me to get blood work and come in. I did , he said that there is no sign of inflammation in blood work and he didn’t want people to think he was crazy, so he just put on a high dose of steroids and told me to get a second opinion from a retina doc.
