Dr. Chen and his office staff started off on a high note when my mom was referred to them. As time went on, he became more off putting when my mother addressed concerns of pain, stiffness, etc. For a year and a half, I watched as she struggled with immense pain in her hip, to the point of not being able to stand or walk. If I could give this man negative stars I would. The last straw was when I was having trouble with a CO pay program submitting payment for my medication before they would send my meds and I had been without medication for 5 months. I went in because I was having a very bad flare up. I explained what was going on with the CO pay mix up and also requested for them to fill out paperwork for me for FMLA so my time off would be covered when I have flare up.
