Very professional staff from the moment I walked in.Â
Dr. Chen and his office staff started off on a high note when my mom was referred to them. As time went on, he became more off putting when my mother addressed concerns of pain, stiffness, etc. For a year and a half, I watched as she struggled with immense pain in her hip, to the point of not being able to stand or walk. She was constantly calling, going in to have the hip looked at and all he would do was show her movements she needed to do. He offered no pain relief or any other solutions.
