I was disappointed with the level of care Dr. Chen showed my husband and me. While he informed us that he could not and would not treat us, he offered no guidance or recommendations on what our next steps should be. Throughout the appointment, he came across as though his approach to medicine was superior while dismissing the care we had previously received from other physicians. I have been a patient of Dr. Chen’s since June 2018 for my RA. Thanks to him, I have been in remission for almost four years. During my appointments Dr. Chen takes time to discuss any concerns I may have. Also his nurses are always professional and very kind and considerate.
Dr Chen is a favorite. He is attentive, well spoken and I trust him.
Was attentive, listened to me about concerns, hoping had some answers after tests $ follow up.
