Not the doctor but the billing department. Charged me $40 to tell me it would be an additional $30 for an exam AFTER I paid the $40. I mean maybe they have money to be throwing around like nothing but I don’t. I wouldn’t trust these people as far as I could throw them. But the doctor was amazing with my kids to bad I have to find one that works for a practice that doesn’t screw you over. Also the wait is stupid long even if you don’t get your kids eyes dilated.
why do I get an appointment but still have to wait an additanal 2 hours to be seen....total garbage.
