So apparently dr santos can decide if they take new patients or not so basically they refuse to see people when they actually need medical help horrible office imagine picking and choosing the people you want to Help and not help disgusting
On a routine physical, I tested active for Lyme. I am a horticulturist and have been on top of the Lyme thing my whole life. Get tested twice a year so it doesn't have a chance to take hold and I communicated the importance of this to her. Dr Santos missed my positive on the blood tests and when I went back a few months later with a bullseye, she said I had previously tested positive but "they" missed it. Where do I start. I went to Dr Santos because I thought I’m starting menopause. I told her I was feeling agitated all the time and instead of letting me finish she says I DONT PRESCRIBE ANTI ANXIETY MEDS OR TRANQUILIZERS..and I’m like I never asked for that. I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong with me. Then her cell phone rings, she said I have to take this call. Then sends her assistant in to say she’s sending in a prescription. I say for what?? I can't imagine some of these reviews. I'm a registered nurse and have know Dr. Santos for close to 30 years. She is a wonderful doctor. She took care of my mother for those 30 years, and now my son goes to her.
They just canceled my appointment with less than 8 hours notice. The reason was because last year when i made an appointment for my physical she wasn’t available so I saw another doctor. So she won’t see me now. Acting more like a jealous boyfriend than a medical professional.
