The absolute worst experience ever. Dr. Santos thinks she is better than her patients and treated me so bad even after I told her that I have recently had a death in my family. She falsified my medical records and didn't even look at me.
Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, didn't give canned answers! I didn't feel like I was a number, she was genuinely interested in what was going on with me. And what I love the most is that she offered alternatives rather than trying to force one particular medicine or process my way!
I was searching for a PCP in Jefferson valley as a new resident of the area. I booked through Optum with this doctor 2 times. The first time she cancelled last minute without reason. Today, I was 12 minutes late and was called that I would have to reschedule. After waiting a whole two months to see her. This is terrible customer service. I have to be courtesies when you cancel on me and I cannot get the same treatment when I’m running a little behind schedule. Thanks for nothing doctor.
