I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Bixby for years, over 5 offices, & She's why I can walk again. Dr Bixby is the best Dr I've ever seen, sadly her office staff is Awful. After my appt last month, & the Rx couldn't reach them for over a week, I drove to the office to clear things up & make a return appt (I have the card). The day before my appt, I'm called, asking me to reschedule. After explaining I couldn't reschedule without notice, she says she's canceling my appt, I can't be seen until Jan, & "Don't Come In".
