Avoid this clinic if you’re a new patient looking for an annual physical. We have Blue Cross insurance and simply wanted a standard, insurance-covered physical exam. The clinic told us we first needed to schedule a “new patient establishment” appointment before seeing the doctor — which seemed fine at first. I recently started at West Linn Family Health Center. Scheduling was easy, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Today was my second visit, for a painful diverticulitis flare. The intake nurse, Elaine, began pleasantly but became abrupt. When I tried to explain my diverticulitis history, she cut me off and told me to “just fill out” a records-release form. Dr. Robinson is a wonderful doctor who never makes me feel that she is in a rush. I have not had many medical needs with Dr. Robinson, but the times I have seen her were productive.
