Was sent here by my insurance to get tested for a condition. The office and Dr. didn’t even know what the condition was. Pushed allergy shots for no reason. Told me other blood work and tests I’ve gotten previously weren’t correct. Like told me actual blood results and skin biopsies from multiple different doctors were not accurate. Came in because had 2nd anaphylaxis episode in 3 months. Dr Patel spent half my visit on the phone with her credit card co. trying to claim her points for her vacation. If you have a severe problem, do not waste your time here. Office unorganized. Staff rude.
in my 72 years Dr. Patel is the only physician who personally called when weather bad not to come to appointment, but to stay home and stay safe.
Dr. Patel pushes allergy shots, even when someone takes them for a long period even up to the highest dose, (is once a week) and they are not helping. She becomes argumentative when you tell her the allergy shots are not working. I do not know how she has anyone going to her. She does not listen to the patient. She thinks she knows it all. More than the patient themselves.
