HORRIFIC!!!!! My experience here has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I encountered repeated administrative errors, missed or significantly delayed appointments—even after arriving at 7am in cold weather. Change of appointments without notification and then they call asking me where I'm! What a waste of time! I can't believe clinic that does that? Dr Kho is warm, professional and empathetic with a good sense of humour. Highly recommend this lovely and very competent doctor.

5 Star isn't enough. Dr Kho is the one who took me genuinely and went beyond and above while I was in painful infertility journey. She is very professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, proactive, down to earth and humorous. She was always available for me when I was nervous to track my days. Came in early for me so I can go to work on time. Glad that I am out of infertility journey but sad not seeing her :)
