Dr. Ogawa comes across as kind. Our initial appointment (she agreed to see my husband and me together, but just once, as it was a “burden to see both of us back-to-back”) was a Medicare exam—the kind where you are made to draw a clock, say who is President, what kind of facility you’re in, etc. She had us read an eye chart without our glasses, despite that we both wear glasses and told her we had just been to an ophthalmologist. Absolutely the worst. Sits on your prescription refills for days. She provides no primary services. It's like a school nurse who is on her first day on the job. Staff is unhelpful and practice coordinator amazingly never available.
Rude and unhelpful staff, lazy not patient focused and would do more harm than help to your health. Run away
