Office manager was very rude and had little knowledge of have dental insurance works! Clearly, focused more on collecting money from patients than care!
I was referred to Dr Janicek by my primary dentist for an issue. While I found his staff to be very congenial and professional I found the doctor to be rude, arrogant and outwardly offended simply by my asking questions. This was perhaps the strangest and most offensive doctors visit I have ever experienced.
My first Root Canal and did not know what to expect. The procedure was efficient and painless. Dr. Janicek and his staff epitomize professionalism. Dr. Janicek took the time to explain the procedure simply and put to ease any apprehension I may have had. I would highly recommend Dr. Janicek and his staff for any dental procedure. John P Douglas
My experience from start to finish with Professional Endodontics was great. Scheduling an appointment was fast and convenient with 2 offices I was able to select which one was closest to me!The office staff was friendly and professional they walked me through my costs and explained their policies perfectly. Dr. Janicek was very professional and really took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and understood the ins and outs of the procedure. He even followed up with a Personal phone call
Omg, what a wonderful experience. All my friends that had a root canal scared the heck out of me. I had 2 and it was a piece of cake. Highly recommended ??????????
I would not recommend Dr.Janicek. I was in for a repeat root canal. My gums were already sore due to the existing sensitivity. I received multiple doses of novacaine with no pre treat, such as a local. I tolerated this. For some reason due to the crack in my root the antiseptic used caused extreme pain down my neck and jaw, pain I have never experienced, ever! To top it off as I was leaving I was told the entire bill was placed on my credit card, which I did not authorize. Unresolved.
Excellent care and professionally run office. If I ever need another root canal I'm coming back to Dr. Janicek.
