Wish I could be his patient again, unfortunately our ins. doesn't have Dr. Shastri anymore. I consider him a superior physician, if you can get in to see this doctor consider yourself very blessed that someone is watching over you.

This dr is horrible! The office will not answer the phone and cannot get prescriptions filled. Been waiting for a month to get blood pressure medication prescription sent to pharmacy, I have called them several times to see what the problem is and when office manager FINALLY called me back several days later she said she would “check into it”. called the office before my visit to ensure they took my insurance. when I got to the office they told me that they were out of network and the copay was $60.00 more than my insurance copay. That could have been avoided if the office staff knew their jobs up front before the visit, I left the office, and will go to another doctor who accepts my insurance co-pay.
