Can not reach 5he Dr's office no one answers the phone orvreturns calls
Dr. Sharpe has been my family doctor for about twenty years. I have seen him at different facilities and some staff are better than others, but his quality care remains exceptional. Now located at the Medical Plaza II next to Piedmont Eastside.
I have been going to see Dr Sharpe for 10 years ever since he was at Eastside the staff has been great, however this year his new staff has been horrible!! I have been calling for 2 days to get an appointment every time I called, I'm placed in a queue then when I'm 1 a recordings states ext not available leave a message after waiting 45 minutes this has been going on for 2 days each time, I have called I left a message and still have not received a call back this has now cause me to look for another practice who answer their... read more
Terrible communication, lacking medical equipment and ever changing staff. They measured my blood pressure with an XL arm wrap which resulted in totally inaccurate results. They send out automated texts stating they “tried to contact you without success” even though I never received a call. To discuss lab results instead of doing it over phone they want you to schedule an appointment… I requested Sharpe to call me but never did.
