One of the best ER doctors I've been to.
My daughter was in the ER last week, she had swollen joints and was in a lot of pain. Previously, my son had been diagnosed with Strep A, so naturally I would think that my daughter may have this diagnosis as well. I asked if what she had could be strep and Dr. Congress said absolutely not. I politely asked for a step test and he said that he would do a step test, but even if the results were positive he would RULE IT OUT as being a possible cause for my daughters illness.
