We are seeing Universal Pediatrics for last few years now, they are extremely reliable. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. This pediatrician is kind and knowledgeable. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely comfortable seeing them. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Definitely recommend.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

We've been with Dr Stavitsky and Dr Mele for the past 7 years with our 2 kids. Their knowledge and service have consistenty been superb - we could not have been happier. Their new office is bright and cheerful, their staff is friendly. Dr. Stavitsky is available 24x7 on her cell phone which very few other doctors do - and that's so important to us. I light of this, it seems like "tanusha" reviewer is probably talking about a different doctor/office (since we were there on the same day)
