IVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR 1 YEAR AND UNFORTUNATELY THEY HAVE UNPROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ASSISTANTS WORKING FOR DR.PATEL IN NEED OF MY SEIZURE MEDICATION AT THE MOMENT AND THEYRE QUESTIONING ME THAT I HAD ALREADY PICKED IT UP THIS MONTH WHEN I LOST THEM AND I HAVE NO MORE REFILLS HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?????? AND DR PATEL IS OUT OF THE COUNTRY UNTIL DEC 18 SO MUCH FOR “CARING FOR THE PATIENTS “
If I could give a zero star rating I would. Nothing but issues since I’ve been seen here. The office staff is rude. I’ve been understanding the doctor is out of the office and I cannot get results until she is in. I just needed a letter stating she is out of the office and cannot give me my results. Apparently they need approval to write a letter that only states she is out of the office.
I was referred by my pcp to her and as soon as I told her my symptoms she Ordered an MRI and found I had a pituitary tumor she put in referrals to other doctors for me to be seen immediately and get surgery if it wasn’t for the team of doctors I wouldn’t be able to enjoy my family today I can see again from my left eye and headaches are gone
my first visit offered me no understanding of my situation. I explained fully what was going on with my nerves and she did a few tests but I got absolutely no real feedback or explanation. I guess she didn't know even tho the nervous system is her speciality. I was asked to come back for another test but because of her vacation it would be 6 weeks later. I have been having some issues with stroke like symptoms since mid April. Having had several medical tests done with no results I was refered to Dr Milan Patel. She has been great to work with, and has requested several tests including an EEG which I had today (7/15/21) I await those results. I am confident that Dr Patel will get to the bottom of it. I highly recommend!
