I LOVE this dental practice!! I have been a patient since before the previous dentist - Dr. Beam - sold the practice to Dr. Bhagat. I have stayed because Dr. Bhagat and his staff are excellent! I had an old filling replaced (not put in by Dr. Bhagat) and the new filling is so natural that it is undetectable ... it is not only the same color as my tooth, but Dr. Bhagat was able to duplicate the natural ridges on top of my tooth with the filling material. I have been with this practice for years but I have lost confidence in my dental care with Dr. Bhagat. For the last 2 years I’ve been expressing how I’ve been struggling with tooth pain. After many appointments one tooth had a fracture and it had to be pulled. Now 2 weeks ago I had an appointment and expressed that there was a whole in my tooth. Great dentist and staff is very friendly and professional.
If I could give this Dr. Bhaghat practice zero stars I would. I scheduled ny appointment 6 months in advance, called 2 weeks prior to confirm my appointment and found out upon coming to the appointment that it was cancelled. No one called me to communicate this to me. They blamed it on 2 hygienists leaving the practice. How is this my problem? This is how they treat their patients. DO NOT come to this practice if you want to stay guessing on whether or not you even have an appointment. Also they never pick up when you call. ... read more
