had an appointment scheduled for September 3rd and arrived 7 minutes early. To my surprise, the receptionist told me the doctor would not see me. No one called me beforehand or gave me any notice. The receptionist, a girl in a hijab, was very rude, unhelpful, and acted like she was too busy to explain anything. I can’t say if Dr. Mikhail Korogluev is a good doctor or not, since I never got to see him, but he definitely needs to change his staff.

The new receptionists are rude! I made an appointment for me and my mom. They asked the same questions 100 times and at the end tried to overcharge us! On top of that, the girl wearing hijab was unacceptably rude, slow, and looked like she had no idea what she was doing. They lost both me and my mom today.
Very funny and attentive doctor. Best pcp I have had in a while. He is very kind and a chill guy. I come in sick and I come out of the office better than ever. I recommend him to all my friends and family. The staff is kind and funny too. They make me feel like I am at home. Best girls they have there. Good team with the doctor.
