Love this Dr. He is helpful and takes time to listen and answer questions. Super nice man.
Every visit with Dr Mikhail makes me so grateful that I became his patient. He is so thorough and spends alot of time answering all my questions. He explains all my tests results in terms I can understand. Every time I call I am able to get in so quickly, for my cough I was seen the same day and then booked for a follow up appointment to make sure I was feeling better after 1 week. Thank you Dr Mikhail. You and your staff are all 5 stars.
I saw Dr Mikhail when he was still practicing in Brampton, he was the best family doctor I ever had. He always took my concerns seriously, and I never felt rushed during appointments. He seemed to truly care about whatever issues I was facing, and I was comfortable around him/with the medical decisions we made. He moved his practice to Niagara area, at the time I decided to find another family doctor because the new practice was so far. In hindsight, I wish I’d kept Dr Mikhail as I never found another. Doctor refuses to refill my heart medication that is extremely important to take every day claiming I missed an appointment and wants to charge me 40 in cash only and won't advise me on safely getting off these meds and has now dropped me as a patient and refused to refill my prescription that can have life-threatening results if not on them
Extremely poor service. The receptionist is unknowledgeable and never willing to assist anyone. It's unclear how she was hired, as she is consistently uninformed, has never received any faxes from the pharmacy, and refuses to coordinate.
