Had a great experience. They took my tricare insurance and saw me same day, even was able to send the medication to WACH pharmacy which was wonderful. The nurse , secretary , and doctor were busy but addressed my questions.
It was a nice experience. Went in to get a physical which the wait time took a decent amount of time. the service was great I thought the physical provider was funny and I really liked talking to the phlebotomist, I didn't catch her name but she was very lovely. 😊
I’ve been going to Dr. Mike’s for years, but after my recent experiences, I honestly cannot recommend this clinic anymore. If I was able to give it a ZERO I would. Yesterday, I called ahead of time specifically to make sure they had the availability to do a TB test and drug test that I needed for work. I arrived around 2:50 PM, checked in, and waited in the lobby. I sat there for over an hour until around 4:07 PM, only to be told that I could not be seen because the doctor had already left. They are down right horrible with costumer service you can book an appointment for a set date and still have to wait 2 hours or more it’s ridiculous . The staff do nothing but laugh with each other & put certain people before you if they are cool with the patient. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anybody they office in general sucks bad and very unprofessional
The place isn't very clean and has a smashed window that no one has bothered to sweep up the glass from We went there and waited and waited, we were the only ones there I needed my hand checked, gave them my insurance info and ID ( I have regrets about that) Over half an hour later were were listening to the same office person asking my insurance how much my copay should be for at least 25 of those 30 mins we were there That info is literally on the back of my card, but I have no copay because I am over my deductible A conce... read more
