Extremely rude and disrespectful staff.The doctor himself was rude and disrespectful Try to set up an appointment for my three year old son for follow up visits , after being bit by a sidewinder his staff refused To allow us to set up an appointment with thim Without telling them , information that we did not have at the time That they can easily look up ( the iehp member # ) That was at home in our safe.We didn't have the number with us when we were airlifted to a different facility.Because of my son's snake bite.
Wrong hours
Diana, Brittany and the Dr were Awesome! I gave them a 4 only because the wait was almost 4 hrs! But they were very kind and helpful. Tami M.
Worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. Clear your whole day if you have to come here because you will be waiting at least 2 hours even if there are only 3 people ahead of you. Having to wait that long for a 5 minute consultation is ridiculous, would give 0 stars if I could
