i had a seizure in 2009. ct/mri found a brain tumor. dr. tyler was my neurosurgeon at trident medical hospital, north charleston, sc and performed a left frontal lobe resection. i still have to take medication to prevent seizures but haven't had one seizure while taking medication. he recommended having mri every 5 years after to make sure the tumor doesn't return which it hasn't.. still alive and healthy in 2024

Dr. Tyler did 2 cervical spine fusion and I was very pleased with the results! He recently did a laminactomy decompression.. again I was very pleased with the results, I had foot drop as a result of my damaged nerve immediately after the surgery I was able to walk! I have very little pain now, I will never allow any neurosurgeon to perform surgery on my back except Dr Tyler. He's extremely thorough and each time he ordered a myelogram to see where the exact problem was in my back.. that way he never had to do a surgery twice... read more
Dr Tyler saved my life no doubt December 2023 massive stroke caused by I don't know what not very forth coming with info never referred me to me urologist still til today I neverkneww there was a difference office staff OK but not super helpful had seizure ,2weeks agohavent heard from anyone for follow up I'm in limbo as what to do seizure allegedly caused by pain medication which should never have been prescribed to me due to history of stroke 2023 I'm not a Dr might as well be I can Google everything I now know on my phone
