Do not go to Doctor Mike Tyler. He waited 2 months to get me in after a serious car accident in which I broke both my T11 and T12 spine. Both compression fractures. He walks in the office upon arrival, tells me he “Could NOT find my scans” but that i am “good to go back to work” I made him aware that I have major bruising and can’t even stand long enough to do the dishes without pain and he told me to stop wearing my back brace. i had a seizure in 2009. ct/mri found a brain tumor. dr. tyler was my neurosurgeon at trident medical hospital, north charleston, sc and performed a left frontal lobe resection. i still have to take medication to prevent seizures but haven't had one seizure while taking medication. he recommended having mri every 5 years after to make sure the tumor doesn't return which it hasn't.. still alive and healthy in 2024
