I was charged over $1000 for a routine exam. This included a $788 charge for "Operating Room Services." I was nowhere near an Operating room. When I called about the bill, the staff was rude and said they are sending me to collections. Fortunately, Dr Nguyen intervened - said the charges were in error and had my account credited.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mike Nguyen for years and I am so very grateful to him for the excellent health care service I have received from him. Couldn't take a test that I was supposed to take due to another medical problem. it wasn't possible........tried getting info from the office twice in 6 weeks to know what to do never got as call back .....found out I could get and MRI instead but no call back.......Today I received a call from the Doctor.....Problem resolved......I'm going to stick with him ...........He is a good Doctor and I can recommend him........his staff needs a little work though and that will be taken care of,,,,,,,,So thank You Doctor Nguyen
