Called an hour and forty minutes after a scheduled phone appointment. Between my wife and I, perhaps 10 appointments in total, never been less than 45 minutes late for an in-person appointment. Completely unprofessional and zero regard for people's time. Let's just cram as many people into the schedule as possible. I'm now just going to a walk in clinic when necessary, significantly better service.
Called and left a message about a patient I don’t know - they obviously have the wrong number but included pt full name and appt details, despite my voicemail saying my name (nothing close to that it’s). It’s a concerning breach of privacy.
Dr. Lapuste is a very caring person she takes the time to listen and never rushes you out the door like other doctors.
Everything was fine with my visit, except there was a new receptionist that was very rude and had a very nasty attitude, no customer service whatsoever.
