Called and left a message about a patient I don’t know - they obviously have the wrong number but included pt full name and appt details, despite my voicemail saying my name (nothing close to that it’s). It’s a concerning breach of privacy.
Dr. Lapuste is a very caring person she takes the time to listen and never rushes you out the door like other doctors.
Everything was fine with my visit, except there was a new receptionist that was very rude and had a very nasty attitude, no customer service whatsoever.
Dr. Lapuste has been a wonderful and caring doctor for my family and I, for over 6 years now. Dr.Lapuste is very efficient and we feel lucky to have found her.
