Great Doctor, he saved my kidneys and provided a quick diagnostic and treatment.
Doctor Portocarrero is awesome, he is the only reason I stay with this practice. Wait time horrible, overbooked, first appointment was an hour and a half wait time, for a 20 consult. Staff leaves much to be improved, when calling for assistance the staff seldom return calls. Been treating with him for 3 years. So hope he brings an office to St Cloud, FL.
So frustrated with this doctor that the only thing he does is record the medical labs for his report in front of the patient ... no advice... no referrals for dietician... nothing new to report... waste of my insurance money and my kidneys worsen
