Dr. Moreno was so accommodating and instrumental in our son getting the diagnosis and a treatment that works for his Epilepsy. He is very busy but always answers any questions you have.
Had him for 6 years, since my baby was born. Needless to say my son has diffent complications, and he said he is now closing his practrice. Which I totally I understand, I asked him if he was going to refer us to a different Neurogist or what would happen???? His response was " I can not predict the future".... I thought it was so unprofessional and rude. He left us just hanging, so rude and very bad last office visit.
Doesn't put his patients first teaches his staff that they can disrespect the patients and parents and get away with it
Dr. Moreno and his staff we very accommodating, explained everything to me and my child in terms we understood, and made sure to follow up.
