Office admin & Nurses to follow back with the patient results. The actual doctor is never available to see patient because his busy other things. It’s been over a year he hasn’t seen the primary doctor in person. The has very bad service. It’s seems the 3 office locations aren’t in the page. It’s very sad he will be need change to another medical doctor.

We have sent forms for doctor Ayala to fill out . Dr Ayala staff is very unprofessional. We turned in hippa form twice. Each time they have stated it is not on file. No one can give us answers. The doctor himself is not in to talk to . Ongoing frustrating situation .
Wonderful doc and wonderful staff! This doc is knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and takes great care of me and many of my patients as well !
