I was referred to this doctor when I was transitioned to Medicare. I called several times to make an appointment and was not successful since the doctor name in my card was different. I called Care Plus who fixed the problem and I called the doctor 's office again but no success. The nurse insisted I had to call a case worker before she would take my appointment, even when I told her I had a case number given to me by Care Plus in case they needed to confirm. It was my first time at this clinic, I’ve been having extreme pain in my arm and hand due to a very bad fall, I’ve already had my surgery but I came here because I had pain in my arm, surprisingly they had zero parking?
