I am skeptical about the therapy at first, but Dr Yan dispelled all doubts and anxiety throughout the process. She is patient and thorough in listening, genuinely understanding my condition both mentally and physically, and provided clear and insightful responses throughout. I have been seeing Dr.Yan now for close to a year and have gained so much from my visits with her. She is fully present and does a great job in making sure you have an understanding of the treatment plan and a clear idea of what she would like to focus on during your session together. She is also really good at giving you resources to help you outside of the appointments. I always look forward to my appointments with her and always feel so great after.

Well worth you time! I am very pleased that I sought out and have worked with Michelle for several months. She has guided me through my total health goals. I enjoy our sessions and always leave with a focus for the next several weeks. We work on my goals within my preferences. I am grateful for Michelle and her wisdom.

I’ve had significant improvement in an injury with acupuncture treatments, and I always feel more at peace. I also appreciate how she takes the time to teach about Eastern medicine in a thoughtful and grounded way. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for treatments outside of what western medicine can offer.
