The front desk is unprofessional and useless. She is not there to help the patients and she knows nothing! Terrible front desk staff!!!!
Not recommendable. We called in and asked professional for a referral, but the lady in the phone mentioned that they are not doing that and they do not have information about the patient yet so they cannot do any referral. I was asking to just relay information to Dr.Zeng but the lady insisted that we cannot speak tot he Doctor and it is final to not give the referral. So much hate!! she did not even inform the doctor about our call that has been going on for 2 weeks already just because she hate me!
really rude staff
The receptionist definitely super rude and ignorance! Nonsensical ! She just want to get paid without doing anything which is definitely her job . Super inpatient and not understanding at all. I really want to ask Dr. Zeng to listen what is her receptionist talking about! Terrible experience!
Never come here. It's a waste of time. The receptionists are unknowledgeable, unprofessional and rude. Receptionists don't know what they are doing and get frustrated when you ask them questions. They have canceled my appointments on several occasions with no valid explanations. Please save yourself some time and go somewhere else.
