Our family has been seeing Dr Tao since our kids were toddlers when she had started to practice. She has been excellent in every regard all along, takes her profession to highest standard, has a terrific team, and is a lovely person to engage with.
I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Tao. She genuinely cares for her patients, is passionate about dentistry, and is so very patient with my kids to the point where they ask when they can go see the dentist!
Just started seeing Dr. Tao, who is warm and friendly. No guilt tripping or lectures. The office staff are really nice and the hygienist I saw was very gentle. You fill in a form that asks you medical info but also previous experiences with dental procedures and how you wish to be treated.

Excellent service from their very friendly staff. They were very accommodating and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Which is something not so easily said about visiting the dentist. From start to finish, they were professional in client care and were very clear about what they needed to do to my teeth, what the costs were, and what I need to focus on for better dental health.
