Too unprofessional to even answer their phone properly.
Dr. Sanay is wonderful to work with. She listens carefully to any feelings or occurrences that may have taken place, to better understand how to improve on better patient care. She is easy to talk with and is very skilled at what she does.
This "professional" stores your credit card information, then charges it without consent, then refuses to answer any phone calls to discuss the matter. You would think someone in this field would have the communication skills and professionalism to have a discussion, but apparently not.
