Receptionist inefficient at booking appointments because the Doctor will keep you waiting for hours! I have invested 3 1/2 hours of wait time in 2 visits. Spent a total of 20 minutes with doctor. Juice is not worth the squeeze.
NATALIE at the front desk IS AWFUL. DONT GO HERE. SHE WILL TREAT YOU LIKE ABSOLUTE GARBAGE AND BLOCK YOUR NUMBER SO YOU CANT CALL. Dr. Purvis is great but I will not send anyone I love here because the second you are greeted by miss Natalie you are instantly treated like crap. She doesnt pass on notes to the doctor, she doesnt follow up with you, she makes you feel small and is not a nice person!
