Dr. Michelle Moon is not only knowledgeable she is personable. I felt very comfortable discussing my symptoms and she listened carefully and empathetically. My husband was present and she answered all of his questions along with mine. I would highly recommend her professional opinion.
I honestly think she was lazy and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me so she called it somatic. I have sense been diagnosed with epilepsy and my seizures have resolved.
I give one star to the front desk staff only, who efficiently took my information. While waiting, I read Dr. Moon's bio, very impressive. A pity that's where it ended. A quick examination of my hands for possible carpal tunnel and taken for X-rays of them and an arthritic hip, I was then referred for a nerve conduction study and told that I would be contacted with the results. I have been seeing Dr. Moon for about 1 & 1/2 years now. She and her staff are always very welcoming and professional. I feel very confident in the care I receive, and feel safe in her hands. She always listens to my concerns and takes the time to answer all of my questions.
The Doctor maybe glanced at my file 1 minute before walking in. I've been injured now for 7 months. She gave a couple guesses as to what could be the cause of my shoulder injury. Then said that I need a nerve conduction study... This is when I knew she didn't read anything in my chart... I already had one. When I said this she looked lost and then after pulling it up proceeded to tell me how I need to see her special nerve conduction specialist to get a better reading. this is after my second MRI.
