They dont answer phones, rude, terrible bedside manner. The poor service is an insult to the medical profession.
Overall rude staff, doctor is OK for simple things, not more complicated issues. Not the most patient friendly office. Doesn't put forth much effort with patients and very quick to refer out.
Dr. Russell is a very caring and thoughtful provider. She goes above and beyond to treat her patients. I appreciate her taking care of me!
My family loves Dr. Russell. She has helped with several different health concerns and even adjusted meds to help with my daughters breathing issues. She takes time to figure out what is working and what does not. She is kind and spent extra time explaining things to my son. The office staff is also amazing and helped us get medications approved through insurance and helped us get 90 day supplies ordered to save me time and money. This is a great place and we love Dr. Russell and her team!
