Dr. Marcincuk cared for my son during an ENT-related emergency in the middle of the night at Cook. We knew he was in good hands from the start. She is genuinely caring, approachable, and so competent in what she does. She took care of the problem, answered every one of our questions patiently and thoroughly, and checked in on us the next day. We are so fortunate to have gotten to work with her, and that she is a part of Cook Children's.
Dr. Marcincuk- is an amazing ENT and genuinely all around seems to be an amazing person. She has a great vast knowledge base as one would hope and expect. She is phenomenal with kids, patient, and thorough. She just completed my son’s surgery, and we couldn’t have been more please.

It is horrible when I tried to make a appointment. Their customer service personnel keep asking me the patient race, immigration or residence status. She excused that the appointment needs to approved if the patient is not a resident! This is ridiculous! What kind of medical provider needs to care so much about patients’ race and immigration or residence status to determine if their doctor will see you! This is ridiculous and very disrespectful!
