I had an eye exam at Esperanza Eyecare on April 10th and was told they would call me as soon as my contact lenses arrived. Over a month passed with no communication, so I decided to visit the office myself. The receptionist apologized and admitted that the order for my contacts was never even placed and had been discarded.
