My gyno recently retired, and I had already completed multiple scans and tests for a procedure to be completed. Not only was I not informed she had retired, but I have been contacting the clinic for over 4 months to book an appointment with someone else - they never return my call. The worst part is my scans will be out of date by the time I can get in to see someone else. What a waste of time, money and healthcare.
Sent an online booking request almost 2 months ago and when I called to follow up I spoke to someone who told me they never received my referral, she told me to email my referral instead which I did almost a month ago and still haven't had a single response even though I made it clear my health is being greatly effected. The 1 star is for the reception. I have a feeling that they may possibly be short staffed but it needs to be a lot better. It’s almost impossible to call them and emails take a while to get back to you. Several important things were being ignored through our conversations via email. The lead up to getting paper work for an upcoming surgery was the most stressful thing for me. I had to chase up almost every single document I needed as most were not sent to me. Generally better experience than the unmediated Google reviews, but clinic is allegedly so busy and self-important.. they/ Woom outsource reception to a Manila based Phone Answering service- (because in person receptionists evidently too expensive to pay wages for in Australian dollars), who subsequently put me on endless hold (to a Non-existent corporate "Finance Dept" [for a seven practitioner private practice based in West Perth]) to subsequently **not** be able to pay over the phone, nor to speak to the actual human rece... read more
