I had the best experience at Woom Women’s Health in Perth! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and genuinely cared for. Dr. Quattermass is absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, kind, and so easy to talk to. For the first time in a long time, I actually feel comfortable and confident about my HRT treatment and the support I’m getting. I honestly couldn’t recommend Woom Women’s Health enough — they’ve made such a difference for me!
A fundamental waste of my time. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with someone from an overseas call centre who couldn't answer my questions. I politely asked if I could speak to someone in the actual clinic and according to the person I was speaking with, the clinic staff refused to take the call. Absolutely disgusting customer service, when youre already distressed about the serious health concerns you have, to then be met with this sort of experience from the get go. Utterly disappointed. This has been the most disorganized booking process I have ever experienced. Emails are not read properly, questions remain unanswered, and every step feels unnecessarily complicated. The communication is extremely poor — I had to repeat myself multiple times, yet the information I provided was still ignored. As a patient, this is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Low key extortion. Feel stupid for going. Parted with my budget for food for the week to sit in a room for 3 minutes and have someone tell me information I’ve already given them back at me and that I didn’t even need to be there(?!) Wouldn’t go again and would recommend elsewhere.
Very lovely staff, clinic space, and service. I have seen both Dr Shittal and Dr Zakaria and was treated with respect and empathy on all occasions. Highly recommend.
