My review is for sammy the nurse specifically, she is the kindest and loveliest woman, always going above and beyond and was fantastic throughout my process, thanks sammy🫶
If only a one star review were possible. I saw Dr Anna Clare for a second opinion regarding my endometriosis and adenomyosis, and it was one of the most dismissive medical experiences I’ve had. From the beginning of the appointment, she appeared completely uninterested in what I had to say. She barely looked up at me while I was speaking and made me feel like my concerns were an inconvenience rather than legitimate chronic health issues. Can not speak highly enough of every working here. From the Secretaries to the Nurse & of course, Dr Sabinah and Dr Amy. Everyone was lovely and made my daughters appointments here a pleasant experience each time. Would give more stars if I could.
Experience the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a medical clinic when calling Tamara‘s receptionist. I explain that l live remotely and need to know wait times to see their gynaecologists before getting a referral to a specific Gyno. The lady explained she couldn’t provide me with any wait times unless I provided them with a referral to which I explained, I cannot give a referral until I know which gynecologist to have this written out too. I (like many others) had a very difficult time arranging a booking, as the receptionists I spoke to on the phone could not answer my questions directly. I needed to reschedule a booking and when it came time to do so, I was told on the phone that they would have to check with the doctors first- despite having my referral on hand. HOWEVER.
