The face-to-face appointment I had with my specialist at WOOM was professional, warm and addressed all of my clinical concerns. Unfortunately the process of organising any follow up appointment / ability to chat with a receptionist or doctor about my results was appalling. Given they charge relatively high consult fees, the service was disappointing with poor office communication.
Very unprofessional booking process!! I had a call in May to ask me to come to the clinic for the appointment, upon my arrival after 30 min of journey early in the morning, the receptionist said I had not had any booking!! So I needed to come back home. Upsetting. After that I had an sms, which said whether I would be happy for an appt on sept 8th. I declined. The concept of this place is amazing it's a Shame the staff ruin it
You literally can not get in contact with anyone other than a defunct AI reception. Weird vibe from drs and reception.
