An absolute joke of a business
Worst experience in every way. Firstly, trying to get through by phone or email to make an appointment was impossible. I had to ask my GP to follow up for me. My consultation was really rushed and the doctor made me feel annoying for the questions I asked. She clearly could not be bothered trying to help me despite my evident desperation for answers. The face-to-face appointment I had with my specialist at WOOM was professional, warm and addressed all of my clinical concerns. Unfortunately the process of organising any follow up appointment / ability to chat with a receptionist or doctor about my results was appalling. It is almost impossible to get in contact with a receptionist over the phone, as the clinic uses an AI/automated system to take phone messages. Given they charge relatively high consult fees, the service was disappointing with poor office communication.
Very unprofessional booking process!! I had a call in May to ask me to come to the clinic for the appointment, upon my arrival after 30 min of journey early in the morning, the receptionist said I had not had any booking!! So I needed to come back home. Upsetting. After that I had an sms, which said whether I would be happy for an appt on sept 8th. I declined.
