I'm shocked that I have just received an invoice to have MY PERSONAL records sent to another practice. I have NEVER been charged this before. Woom owners appear all about the $$$
I want to start off by saying my care with the specialists are great. I am seeing Dr Sean Copson and he has been great after over a decade of trying to find someone to take me seriously. The 1 star is for the reception. I have a feeling that they may possibly be short staffed but it needs to be a lot better. I have been trying to book an appointment for the past two months and the experience has been extremely disappointing. I was repeatedly told to resubmit my referral, only to then be informed that the online system I originally used no longer works. I have had to email and call almost daily, yet I still have not been seen by the specialist I was referred to. Instead, I was told to see a GP when I specifically need a gynaecologist. I had the best experience at Woom Women’s Health in Perth! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and genuinely cared for. Dr. Quattermass is absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, kind, and so easy to talk to. For the first time in a long time, I actually feel comfortable and confident about my HRT treatment and the support I’m getting. I honestly couldn’t recommend Woom Women’s Health enough — they’ve made such a difference for me!
A fundamental waste of my time. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with someone from an overseas call centre who couldn't answer my questions. I politely asked if I could speak to someone in the actual clinic and according to the person I was speaking with, the clinic staff refused to take the call.
