CUE LENGTHY RANT (which I secretly enjoyed getting off my chest!) Okay, so its a bit of a long story (feel free to skip to the end!) but I feel the context is important. Worst inconsistent communication. Impossible to get hold of and takes many calls and emails to be sent essential information
My experience wasn't very enjoyable, I seen the male gynaecologist and I felt like the appointment was very rushed. He made me feel like I had no 'serious' problems, even though i've been experiencing lots of hormonal issues for months. I was told he isn't concerned about my fertility because of my age and if I did experience fertility issues down the track, we would handle them then. Was billed $330 and left disheartened and dissatisfied with the advice he gave me.
I havnt even attended the practice yet and I have had a bad experience. Reception staff are horribly rude, you can never get a hold of anyone. Can not book an appintment online as a text message states to call in to make an appointment.
Absolutely excellent service from Woom. The staff were professional and understanding. I had my appointment with Dr Sean Copson who I am grateful to have found. He explained everything to me so I could understand and make informative choices. I was able to be booked into surgery without delay and the process was seamless. Ive had 2x C Sections so I understand what a recovery and surgical process can be like. They were also recommended by my obstetrician. I would recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you Drs and staff.
