My experience with Dr. Cohen has been extremely disappointing. I initially sought care due to experiencing flashes of light in my eyes and double vision. Dr. Cohen diagnosed me with binocular vision disorder, but over the course of three visits, I received three different diagnoses. I do not have BVD but Ocular Migraines. Dr. Cohen is an awesome eye doctor not only caring about her patients but also caring about those there with the patients. I fully recommend her to any traumatic brain injury victims with eye damage because she gave honest hard work and care. I have now been cleared to drive and work just over 6 months since my accident when all the doctors were telling me one to two years. I credit a large portion of my recovery to Dr. Michelle Cohen.
I meet Dr. Cohen at the brain injury alliance meeting 2015. I went to the chiropractor for an adjustment after a car accident as a result of my neck severely manipulated, changed my entire life. I had no problems with my vision, balance, sensitivity to light, movement, depth perception, understanding what I see, double vision and driving, before the sever manipulation. My double vision was treated by Dr. Cohen as a result of her treatment I now can drive 2 days a week. THANK YOU!!
Dr. Cohen has been our optometrist for years. She is extremely helpful and has been instrumental in diagnosing my son's diseases through tracking his vision over the years.
She was great with my 8 year old son!! Thorough and detailed in diagnosis and plan.
Dr. Cohen was professional and efficient. I was her patient when she was at Sandia and would like to continue being her patient. She gave up her lunch to help me select a frame and check on my contacts. She cared because she understood I live in Grants (77 miles away).
